Q : What if the products delivered are different from my order?

A : You are strongly advised to check your products immediately upon receipt. You may reject the order on the spot if you discover that the product is different from your order. If you are not around to check the order, you can also call us at 1700 81 9189 (MON to FRI – 9:30am to 5:30pm, except public holidays and weekends) within 7 days from date of receipt to arrange for a return.

 

Q : Q : Can I opt for refund/return the products I bought from this site?

A : Customer has the right to raise dispute and get refund in the event that:
• The items are damaged in transit before arriving at your doorstep.
• The items that arrived in your mail are not the ones that you originally ordered.
• The items are spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable.
For refund under condition above, kindly return the original package/item within 7 working days. We will inspect and confirm the original package/item before releasing refund. The refund will be returned according to the payment method made by the customers. For example, we will refund back to your credit card within 7 working days if the payment method used is credit card.
